Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Pronto ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into efficient and effective ERP configurations.
- Customize Pronto ERP modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and implement interfaces between Pronto ERP and other applications to optimize data flow and enhance overall system functionality.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the Pronto ERP system.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Pronto ERP users, addressing issues promptly and ensuring maximum system uptime.
- Regularly assess and optimize Pronto ERP configurations to improve performance and enhance user experience.
- Stay informed about the latest Pronto ERP updates and best practices to recommend and implement relevant enhancements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Pronto ERP configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into system performance, usage patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with Pronto support and development teams to escalate and resolve issues, ensuring a positive user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in implementing and customizing Pronto ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP best practices, business processes, and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide innovative solutions using Pronto ERP.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools for customization and integration.
