Data Engineering (DE) is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to leveraging ERP data and analytics to drive informed business decisions. We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle CRM Consultant to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of Oracle CRM solutions for our clients.


Job Description:

As an Oracle CRM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle CRM solutions to meet our clients' specific business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their CRM requirements, provide expert guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions. This is a contract position with a duration of 6-12 months, providing you with an opportunity to work on diverse projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, CRM requirements, and goals.
- Develop Oracle CRM solution designs, including data modeling, customization, and integration.
- Configure and deploy Oracle CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Plan and execute data migration strategies to transfer relevant data into the Oracle CRM system.
- Develop custom functionalities, reports, and dashboards as needed to meet client requirements.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the Oracle CRM solution functions as expected and meets client needs.
-Provide training to client teams and create comprehensive documentation for system usage.
- Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Oracle CRM systems after implementation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle CRM Consultant, with a strong track record of successful CRM implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle CRM applications, including Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Oracle CRM configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified CRM Consultant) is a plus.
- Experience working on projects in Perth or the Western Australian region is preferred.
